Filix Llaguno is a client from Brgy. Tawagan 2, Sirao, Cebu City. He owns a food cart wherein he sells fruitshakes. Filix is also into flower and vegetable farming to gain additional income for the family. Before he joined TSKI he is already operating a flower shop but due to his small and unstable capital, he was not able to continue. Luckily, his neighbor invited him to join TSKI so that he could borrow money to help continue and improve his flower shop. Filix really appreciates the services and the benefits of TSKI and he did not regret his decision to join. He then used his first loan to expand his flower shop and even add another business which is selling fresh fruit shakes. He is now planning to re-invest his current loan in his business so that he could improve them more and gain greater income.
